I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Currency accepted is either USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal.

Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission. 

Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.

Please provide me with clear character references: no written descriptions, no real people. 

Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via E-mail. Note that there is no physical product. 

You can ask for revisions (max up to 2 times is included in the price, after WIP approval this applies only to colour and minor changes)

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or post the drawing process on YouTube (Unless discussed otherwise) 

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, kuroh.shiro. 

Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)

Personal commission are for private person/ groups of persons only

I do not allow my art to be used to train AI
